Prashant Sharma B.E (Mech.) , MBA (Finance)

Prashant’s Ikigai lies in Climate Action with a single-minded focus to make our planet more resilient, circular, and sustainable. His metric of success is the value he creates through his work and the quantum of measurable social, economic, and environmental impact that he garners through his initiatives. His work directly contributes to reigning in transgressed planetary boundaries, and contributes in achieving all seventeen UN SDG’s.
Aspire fellow, TEDx speaker, author, practicing changemaker and sustainability champion. Working against the grain, perseverance, persistence, resilience, innovation & growth mindset are some traits that Prashant strongly identifies with. Through his positive actions, he goes beyond his Individual Social Responsibility towards the environment and motivates others to build a Lifestyle For the Environment (LiFE) and become environmentally responsible citizens.
Having spent major part of his professional life leading IT teams across Fortune100 organizations in India and UK, Prashant realized that his true Joy lay in creating environmental impact. After close to two decades in corporate life, Prashant happily chose to dedicate all his time, attention and focus in creating impact-at-scale in the sustainability and circular economy space through waste reduction, greywater recycle and reuse, greywater audits, nutrient recovery, beautify neighbourhood campaigns, compensatory plantations, and aftercare, nukkad nataks with kids under 6 years of age on climate action theme, as well as the saket17 tree census, and subsequent report & actions.
In his previous life, Prashant was a Senior Project manager in SAP ERP Finance domain and worked in and led complex global programs with matrix teams for companies like Shell, British Petroleum, Gazprom, Barclays, Panasonic, Cap Gemini, Transport for London, and Government projects like Maharashtra Sales tax department, and HMRC UK.
Aside from his work in the environmental impact space, Prashant is an active Quoran with 3.5 lakh followers on his youth focused spaces, and a fitness enthusiast. His personal short-term goals are to improve his half marathon PB by at least 3 minutes, and become a certified Ashtanga Yogi. He also aspires to speak to & engage with a thousand strong live audience on sustainability.

Vijaya Meenakshisundaram (B.E. Computer Science, AGILE coach and Mentor)

Vijaya has 15 years project management, delivery excellence & leadership experience at Fortune100 companies. She has a laser sharp focus on sustainability and circularity and advises and manages cleaner Greener India initiatives at the foundation ensuring that our impact-at-scale projects finish on time and within budget with the expected impact. She is an active contributor in initiatives related to environment and on equitable distribution of resources at her workplace. In addition to this, she also handles corporate relations for the foundation. Vijaya is a Computer Engineer and is PMP certified.
