Our Approach

We firmly believe that fresh water problem & Greywater Problem are interdependent. Greywater is not a liability but an asset; Management of Greywater is not a problem but an opportunity.
Greywater constitutes about 50 to 70% of total waste water generated by a person, hence huge quantity of Greywater is available for treatment and reuse. Greywater is the least dirty water that can be treated and reused for non-potable purposes, thereby increasing availability of ground water and freshwater for potable purposes.
We plan ahead and scale our circular water solutions by -
  • Showcasing our efficient and economical model solutions – automate processes and products. Implementing robust monitoring, evaluation and maintenance parameters, transparency and accountability
  • Securing mentorship, funding and partnerships with corporates for CSR funds & govt, collaborative work with WatSan organisations
  • Knowledge hub - Developing network of trained masons and Greywater management service providers, provide certifications; empanel them to work with us. Training and empowering community mobilisers and Water ambassadors to spread awareness. Hiring staff, building teams and delegating or entering into strategic implementation and maintenance partnerships
  • Water Literacy - Investing in effective IEC, behaviour change, capacity building, and convening to co-create better solutions. Developing a Greywater curriculum for school children; Water curriculum. Engaging social media influencers, radio and other media platforms
  • Establishing a robust and efficient S&M funnel through knowledgeable salespersons, engineers and masons. Providing excellent customer service & value-added services

Investing in technology; automate O&M; make it convenient for customers to get status, updates, test results. Prioritising on technologies which improve sustainability and minimize environmental, social and economic impact. Innovating and adapting new technologies and, providing custom based solutions based on greywater composition and intended use.
Developing and institutionalising awards scheme based on MLD of greywater treated and reused, MLD of water saved etc.
Providing financing / EMI options, soft loan, subsidies to customers considering full life-cycle costs
Advocate for policy changes - incentives and penalties to implement Greywater management for new builds and innovate for existing greywater sources.
